We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join us on a freelance basis. This is a remote role, based in Israel.
The position offers flexibility in scope and workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM / ITOM).
- Support integration efforts and ensure system performance and reliability.
- Provide best practices and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow
- ŚŚŚŚ: Certification in one or more of the following:
- CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist â IT Service Management)
- CIS-ITOM (Certified Implementation Specialist â IT Operations Management)
- Strong understanding of IT service management and/or IT operations processes
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment â advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Based in Israel â required
