This is a technically focused mid-level role suited to designers who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, high-calibre studio environment. This is not a junior or developmental role — candidates must bring strong technical execution, proven experience, and the ability to operate with a degree of independence while collaborating across multiple project leads.

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Around 4 years of relevant interior design experience
  • Strong background in luxury residential, hospitality, or premium F&B environments
  • Advanced Revit proficiency (non-negotiable)
  • Relevant qualification from a recognised design institution
  • Ability to manage independent workstreams while collaborating across teams
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a high-performance environment
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute beyond a rigid job scope

  • Exposure to luxury projects locally or internationally
