Job Description
We are looking for a Career Coach to work with us remotely on a contract basis. The role involves building career and study tasks, creating interview prep materials, and constructing study plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar.
- Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep.
- Comfortable with creating and reading career/learning artifacts: tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, content summaries.
- Clear written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
