Corporate Security Operations Manager, India

The Corporate Security Operations Manager will lead day-to-day corporate and physical security operations for OpenAI's India office presence, ensuring a safe and professional security environment. They will operationalize OpenAI's global security standards locally, manage security vendors, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement security controls.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in corporate security, protective services, law enforcement, military, or related fields
• Proven experience leading physical security operations within a corporate office environment
• Demonstrated experience managing security vendors and guard force operations
• Strong incident management and operational response experience
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Professional/business-level English (written and spoken)
• Hindi and other local language capabilities preferred
• Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality
