We’re looking for an Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and client problem-solving. You’ll design and optimize AI-driven systems that directly impact revenue for real businesses.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations
- Experience reading technical API documentation and troubleshooting integration issues
- Familiarity with CRM systems including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or GoHighLevel
- Experience with prompt engineering for conversational AI or sales-focused AI workflows
- Understanding of outbound sales workflows, SMS campaigns, follow-up automation, and lead nurturing
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
