Requirements

  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken)
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support role
  • Technical background is a must
  • Basic troubleshooting experience is a must
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
