Job Description

We are a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Litigation Support Assistant to provide critical backend support to our growing legal team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in litigation support
  • Experience with cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox, OneDrive, or ShareFile
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced Excel Skills – Required
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro Expertise – Required
  • Extreme Attention to Detail – Required
  • Legal Experience – Preferred
  • Understanding of basic pleadings (Complaint, Answer, Motion)
  • Familiarity with litigation workflows is a plus
  • Template-Based Drafting Experience – Preferred
