Senior Manager, GSM Indirect Ops-EMEA

Join the Stanley Black & Decker team as a Senior Manager, GSM Indirect Ops-EMEA. This is a highly strategic role in the Global Indirect Supply Management team, supporting the Global Supply Chain and Global Facilities management team's journey to drive efficiencies within Europe. The successful candidate will develop global sourcing strategies, conduct strategic spend analytics, and lead a team to hit Balanced scorecard metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• 6-10 years of strategic sourcing experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in at least 2 of the categories being MRO mandatory: MRO, Facilities, Utilities, Professional Services
• 1-3 years of people leadership responsibility
• Ability to travel 40% of the time
