Art Lead (Third-person action shooter)

Blackbird Interactive is seeking a passionate Art Lead to join their team on an upcoming third-person action shooter game. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of creative and technical experience building worlds and levels in Unreal Engine 5, and be skilled at creating art under a strong technical brief.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive games industry art experience
• 2+ years preferred as an Art Lead (or Director)
• Experience with both Console and PC releases
• Unreal 4 or 5 experience
• Demonstrable ability to drive art pipelines and achieve results
• Expresses passion and strong skills in both 2D and 3D art
• Communicate an eagerness for playing current popular games and understanding the art direction decisions
