Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, inventory reconciliations, month-end processes, and accounting activities within the apparel industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in inventory accounting or supply chain-focused roles.
- Experience with ERP systems, especially Blue Cherry and/or Scale, will be highly preferred.
- Experience working with 3PL providers or within the apparel, retail, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with inventory costing methods and variance analysis.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely and remain flexible with USA working hours.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
