Manual Quality Assurance Engineer, SIMBA Team - Tallinn, Estonia

We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer to help us build the future of voice AI. The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing with a strong focus on Web applications.

Requirements

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team
• Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects
• Maintain clear and organized QA documentation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure issues are triaged correctly and prioritized based on user impact
• Participate in Agile workflows
• Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure product quality and stability prior to launch
• Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes, test coverage, and communication between teams
