Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion, from lead enrichment and sequencing to CRM architecture and AI-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch, enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring
