PHRN Clinical Reviewer | WFH

ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Reviewer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a PHRN license, familiarity with ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and experience reviewing clinical documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts, verifying diagnosis codes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in chart reviews.

Requirements

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
• Familiarity with ICD-10 diagnosis codes
• Experience reviewing or matching clinical documentation, treatments, and care plans
• Experience with EMR Tools (Kantime)
• High level of attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and web-based forms
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area)
• Amenable to working night shifts
