Requirements

• Solid background in ecommerce operations
• Experience managing a remote team and holding them to specific quotas
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace
• Experience building SOPs from scratch and documenting repeatable processes
• Data-literate with understanding of basic ad metrics like CPA and CTR
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Fluent English, written and spoken
