Project Manager in Business Operations - Hybrid

We are seeking a Project Manager - Business Operations to configure and implement dashboards in Google systems, design and develop analytical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to standardize metrics and measurement methodologies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar technical role, and is proficient in SQL, data visualization tools, and scripting.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience with project coordination and process tracking in a technical domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel and with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar) to create charts and dashboards.
• Experience with metrics generation and analysis using timeseries data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with defining data models and data provisioning.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) to automate data processes and metrics generation is desired.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google-specific technologies like Plx.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Background in Computer Science, Networking or Engineering, or practical experience working in a technical environment.
