Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position type: Full-Time

Work hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time

Work days: Monday to Friday

Salary: $5 - $6 per hour, depending on experience

Workplace: Remote

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven, and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality Virtual Assistants who can support the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified Virtual Assistant candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and culture fit.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to fully understand hiring requirements and deliver the best talent matches.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to endorsement and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet hiring goals and timelines in a high-volume recruitment environment.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in volume hiring.
  • Experience working in a Virtual Assistant agency is highly preferred.
  • Background or familiarity with Medical Virtual Assistants or the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling challenging recruitment goals.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing clear English.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Must be willing to submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory).
  • Must be available for video meetings with camera on when required.
  • Amenable to working US business hours.
  • Must possess a valid government-issued ID.
  • Must not be working with other clients during scheduled working hours.
  • Submission of a short video introduction is required.

Technical Requirements

  • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
  • Internet: High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps; DSL/Fiber preferred).
  • Audio: Noise-canceling headset or reliable microphone.
  • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
  • Workspace: Quiet, professional work environment with minimal background noise.
