Lending Servicing Officer

We're looking for a Lending Servicing Officer to join our team. The role will involve managing loans in Specialist Lending, providing customer service and ensuring that SLAs are met within agreed timescales. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ethic, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Provide on-going in life servicing support to all Specialised Lending customers
• Post-approval administration for Growth Finance
• Manage workload and working day to ensure adherence to the team's service level agreements and quality expectations
