Role Overview
  • Some IT support roles are all password resets and repetitive tickets.
  • This is not one of them.
  • PeoplePartners is hiring an experiencedL2/L3 IT Support Engineer (MSP)to support one of Australia’s fast-growing Managed Service Providers. This role is built for someone who enjoys solving real technical problems, communicating clearly with clients, and keeping businesses running smoothly across diverse environments.
  • You will support Australian clients remotely across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, email systems, RMM, PSA, and endpoint security tools.
  • No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the point.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets.
  • Provide timely IT support to MSP clients.
  • Troubleshoot cloud, infrastructure, networking, firewall, and endpoint issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and email environments.
  • Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, and time entries.
  • Communicate proactively with customers during issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.
  • Use PSA and RMM platforms to manage support activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
  • Participate in team meetings and support reporting activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • 2+ years of MSP experience.
  • Strong Level 2 IT support experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Exposure to Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and Active Directory.
  • Windows Server administration experience.
  • Networking and firewall troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience using PSA and RMM platforms.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Work Details:
  • Work Setup:Fully remote / work from home.

  • Schedule:Monday to Friday, Day-shift (AEST).
