- PeoplePartners is hiring an experiencedL2/L3 IT Support Engineer (MSP)to support one of Australia’s fast-growing Managed Service Providers. This role is built for someone who enjoys solving real technical problems, communicating clearly with clients, and keeping businesses running smoothly across diverse environments.
- You will support Australian clients remotely across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, networking, firewalls, email systems, RMM, PSA, and endpoint security tools.
- No two days will look the same, and that is exactly the point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets.
- Provide timely IT support to MSP clients.
- Troubleshoot cloud, infrastructure, networking, firewall, and endpoint issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows Server, and email environments.
- Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, and time entries.
- Communicate proactively with customers during issue resolution.
- Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.
- Use PSA and RMM platforms to manage support activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
- Participate in team meetings and support reporting activities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 2+ years of MSP experience.
- Strong Level 2 IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Exposure to Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and Active Directory.
- Windows Server administration experience.
- Networking and firewall troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using PSA and RMM platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Work Details:
- Work Setup:Fully remote / work from home.

- Schedule:Monday to Friday, Day-shift (AEST).
