The People department resolves all matters connected to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to off-boarding. Together, we have the power to build teams based on our values.
Main Responsibilities
Partner with managers across all employee lifecycle, providing guidance from onboarding and team development to organizational changes and offboarding;
Coach and develop leaders to grow their people leadership skills and team effectiveness;
Collaborate with other People Partners and stakeholders to develop and implement People strategies;
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring plans align with business needs and long-term workforce planning;
Design and implement overall engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, team and individual performance;
Maintain a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify people-related challenges, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions amidst shifting priorities;
Analyze trends and data metrics to develop new solutions, improve processes and drive meaningful outcomes;
Constantly look for areas of improvement and own the implementation of solutions.
Core Requirements
At least 3-5 years proven working experience as an HR business partner or a similar role (in fast-growing companies is a plus);
Good working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g. pay and benefits, performance review, training, and development);
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
Ability to build relationships, make an impact through cooperation with others;
Comfort with HR data: ability to draw insights from dashboards and translate them into recommendations for people managers.
