Are you an experienced Field Service Dispatcher with strong Salesforce knowledge and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? We are looking for a Home-Based SF Field Service Dispatcher to join our DCX team. In this role, you will start by supporting vendor management, dispatch administration, and SOP development, with the long-term opportunity to grow into a Dispatch Shift Manager under a new system. This position is ideal for someone confident in managing high-volume field operations, comfortable communicating with drivers and vendors, and capable of staying calm and decisive under pressure.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Phase 1 (First 6–12 Months): Training & SOP Development

  • Shadow senior leadership (Glen) to learn dispatch workflows and processes

  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for vendor management and dispatch operations

  • Monitor and manage WhatsApp communications related to trips and vendor coordination

  • Follow up with vendors to ensure trips are being executed as scheduled

  • Support basic dispatch administration tasks

  • Assist in vendor management process improvements

  • Utilize Salesforce (SF) Field Service for tracking and coordination

  • Use DiapPad, WhatsApp, Salesforce, and phone communications daily

Long-Term Role: Dispatcher / Dispatch Shift Manager

  • Manage daily dispatch operations under the new system

  • Coordinate drivers, trucks, and dumpster service routes

  • Ensure real-time trip execution and issue resolution

  • Supervise shift operations and maintain service levels

  • Manage vendor performance and accountability

  • Oversee communication between drivers, vendors, and internal teams

  • Ensure proper system updates and documentation in Salesforce

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of prior experience as a Dispatcher (required).

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.

    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (required)

    • Proficient with DialPad, WhatsApp, and Company Phone.

    • Has direct management experience in this field with at least 3 direct reports under them.

    • Comfortable calling drivers, vendors, and handling phone-based coordination

    • Experience in vendor management

    • Strong administrative and organizational skills

    • Excellent written and spoken English

    • Strong personality with leadership potential

    • Ability to manage high-volume operations (1,000 dumpsters / 30 trucks)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 50,000

  • Industry: Recycling and Dumpster Rental

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Work Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (USA) - flexible hours (8 hours)

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
