Job Description

Just Global:

At Just Global, we live and breathe B2B and believe in igniting B2B relationships. Our independent, global team actively engages with clients to put our deep technical knowledge and unique perspectives of markets and buying processes to work. We maximize insights, we spark creativity, and we leverage technology to inspire brand loyalty and drive recurring revenue. We are the heart of B2B.

What you will do

The Enterprise Growth Leader, AMER is accountable for building and executing our Marketing Growth Solutions’ (MGS) enterprise growth motion across The Americas as a senior individual contributor. You own the qualification and conversion of inbound opportunities, the creation of outbound deal flow with large B2B brands, and the expansion of MGS’s market presence and reputation across the region. You develop trusted relationships with senior marketing, revenue, and business leaders, lead complex RFI/RFP processes, and shape how the organization approaches enterprise sales in THE AMERICAS. You translate market insight into commercial strategy, define repeatable growth processes, and establish the foundation for a future regional growth team. Your work directly determines pipeline quality, revenue outcomes, and competitive position in the AMERICAS B2B marketing ecosystem.

Which means that on a day-to-day basis, you will:

Enterprise Opportunity Leadership

  • Lead qualification and pursuit of inbound opportunities across The Americas — determine strategic fit, revenue potential, and likelihood to win for leads, referrals, RFIs, and RFPs
  • Architect pursuit strategies for complex opportunities — define win themes, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and ensure responses are tailored, differentiated, and commercially sound
  • Drive opportunities from qualification through close — manage stakeholder engagement, pitch preparation, negotiation, and conversion in partnership with strategy, media, creative, analytics, and operations teams

Outbound Sales and Target Account Development

  • Design and execute outbound strategies focused on large B2B brands in technology, fintech, financial services, and priority sectors — create qualified pipeline through executive networking, referrals, events, and market intelligence
  • Develop account-level engagement plans for priority prospects — map stakeholders, identify business issues, define entry points, and determine next best actions
  • Shape account-based marketing motions in partnership with Marketing — define target lists, executive engagement strategies, and follow-up plans that convert market presence into measurable demand

Market Presence and Ecosystem Development

  • Build Trilliad’s and MGS’ reputation and visibility across The Americas B2B marketing, media, technology, and financial services ecosystem — represent the brand at industry events, conferences, roundtables, and executive forums
  • Architect relationships with consultants, intermediaries, technology partners, platforms, and ecosystem influencers who create or influence deal flow — turn market connections into commercial conversations
  • Shape The Americas growth strategy through market intelligence — identify buyer trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities that inform regional positioning and service development

Strategic Storytelling and Pitch Leadership

  • Lead development of compelling pitch narratives and executive presentations — translate complex agency, media, data, creative, and technology capabilities into clear business value for senior buyers
  • Design differentiated solutions in collaboration with internal experts — ensure proposals are insight-led, commercially focused, and connected to client business outcomes
  • Influence how MGS communicates value to CMOs, CROs, VPs of Marketing, and Heads of Growth — establish standards for strategic storytelling that reflect the best of MGS and Trilliad

Client and Stakeholder Relationship Development

  • Architect long-term relationships with high-level stakeholders in target industries and priority accounts — build trust beyond the immediate buyer to include senior marketing, sales, revenue, procurement, and business-unit leaders
  • Guide discovery and consultative engagement — understand business priorities, growth challenges, budget dynamics, decision processes, and timing to create relevant, practical commercial conversations
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and broader Trilliad service-line introductions — work with client management and leadership teams to expand relationship value

Commercial and Operational Excellence

  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene — provide clear visibility into opportunity health, pursuit priorities, deal risks, revenue timing, and support needs
  • Shape commercial processes in partnership with finance, legal, and operations — ensure proper management of pricing, contracts, MSAs, SOWs, approvals, and smooth transition from close to delivery
  • Define repeatable growth processes, tools, reporting cadences, and qualification standards for the AMERICAS region — establish operational foundations that enable future scale

Future Team Foundation and Market Insight

  • Influence service development and commercial propositions — bring market insight, client feedback, and competitive intelligence back into the business to inform THE AMERICAS growth strategy
  • Shape the future structure of the regional growth team — define roles, responsibilities, ways of working, and performance expectations as the AMERICAS business scales

How you’ll do it

Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:

Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves.

Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable

Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other.

Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count.

Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds.

Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution.

You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance.

Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out.

Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root.

Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops—be a Difference-Maker!

Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift.

Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood.

Celebrate Results. Make recognition a habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big or small.

The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years.

Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey.
