Coterie Insurance is seeking a VP, Partner Distribution to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of traditional distribution partnerships. The role involves developing and executing a multi-year strategy, building executive relationships, and ensuring Coterie's platform and products deliver differentiated value to distribution partners.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for independent partner distribution
• Identify opportunities to expand Coterie's footprint through high-impact distribution partnerships
• Align distribution strategy with evolving market dynamics
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key national partners
• Monitor key partner performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop processes and programs that drive partner production and success
