Staff Analyst, Operations

Hims & Hers is a health and wellness platform that provides access to personalized care designed for results. As a Staff Analyst, Operations, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and operational performance improvements across Hims & Hers' operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced SQL proficiency; experience with Python or R for analysis
• Strong foundation in analytical methods (experimentation, statistical analysis, forecasting, or operational analytics)
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex analyses and deliver business impact
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, product, or finance environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs
